Hello moms-
My friend told me about a video called "When We Get Home". It is an excellent video on post-natal. It has lots of information on infant care, breastfeeding & postpartum depression. I bought it on amazon.com. I couldn't find it in the browser, so I just searched for "When We Get Home DVD".
I really advise new and old moms to get this video. I have watched it at least 10 times already just for the information. It has helped me out in lots of ways.
